The Association of Leading Communications Agencies in the Netherlands (VEA) has created a Diversity Guide for its members. This guide will provide member agencies, and companies beyond, information and contacts in the areas of knowledge, action and advice.
More specifically, the issues are:
– Diversity & inclusion in the workplace
– Dimensions of diversity
– Recruitment & selection – including diversity proof job postings
– Monitoring
– Reduce stereotyping
– Black Lives Matter and the (media and communications) industry
