One in seven Amsterdammers has to deal with awkward questions, nasty jokes, subtle bullying behaviour and other forms of undesirable behaviour at work on occasion. What is undesirable behaviour in the workplace, how do you recognise it and how do you, your colleagues and your organisation become more aware of its effects? During this fifth webinar of Amsterdam – Divers & Inclusive, we will discuss what undesirable behaviour is, how to recognise it and how to become more aware of its effects as an organisation or colleague. Several (experiential) experts tell what the impact of this undesirable behaviour has been on them and what negative consequences it had on the working atmosphere and productivity within the company. Participants in the webinar will also receive practical tips on preventing undesirable behaviour, as well as a chance to win a free ‘bystander intervention’ training from Fairspace!
