Amsterdam – Divers & Inclusief (ADI) is hosting its first webinar on Wednesday afternoon, December 9, on the business case of diverse staffing for small and medium-sized enterprises. This webinar focuses on SMEs and the opportunities of a diverse workforce. Questions that come up are: how are the teams and staff composed, how can I bring more diversity to this? And what can a diverse workforce bring to my services or products?
Patritia Pahladsingh, director of Amsterdam-based advertising agency TBWANEBOKO, explains how the advertising agency makes this happen in practice. Latifa Zian, project leader for labor market issues at the City of Amsterdam, will discuss the state of the Amsterdam labor market and the municipality’s efforts to work with entrepreneurs to create more diversity in Amsterdam. In the second part, break-out sessions with one of our experts allow you to address the situation in your own company.
