They offer strategic advice where it adds the most value. That is mainly with start-ups, non-profit organisations and social SMEs. Three rounds a year, they offer ten weeks of strategic advice to organisations for a student price. The success? The win-win-win formula: “We develop students. We help our clients. We learn from our partners for whom we are a valuable talent pool. We believe that young, enthusiastic academic talents are ready to develop themselves and are looking for practical experience.” The focus here is on personal development as well as building a professional and personal network. Thus, they have an extensive internal training programme, you receive training from their partners and each project is coached by a consultant from one of their coaching partners.
