Pakhuis de Zwijgeren Committee 21 March will organise the third edition of the annual Week Against Racism (WTR) from 15 to 19 March 2021, a programme leading up to the national Demonstration Against Racism. WTR offers an interdisciplinary programme full of theatre, film, music, spoken word, storytelling, lectures, workshops and dialogue. In doing so, they collaborate with artists across disciplines, civil society organisations and city makers. During the festival, they agenda a wide range of topics within the main themes of racism and discrimination, covering politics, education, refugee issues and climate racism, among others. This year, it will take place entirely online through LIVECAST.

The connecting power of stories

One of the livecasts will take place on Friday 19 March at 19:00. You can join the livecast: ‘The connecting power of stories’ by signing up here. Among others, Sherida Zorg, diversity & inclusion manager at ADI member Rijksmuseum, will be a guest on the broadcast.

Each of us has a story. Stories tell where we came from. Where we are going. A good story connects us, makes us look in the mirror of our humanity and articulates shared values.
