Algorithmic bias (AB), artifical intelligence (AI) and bias in recruitment, topics that many employers are or want to work on. For this reason, WOMEN Inc. recently conducted research on AI and AB on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. On 8 April, they will present the results of the study, and an expert will dive into the topic of bias in recruitment.
